Founded by Ros Farrell, an experienced executive coach, educator, and former MAT CEO, Coaching Aloud was born from a belief that people thrive when they’re truly heard. Coaching Aloud was built on 20 years inside education leadership before a single coaching session was ever offered. Ros has led schools, a trust, had advisory positions, trained governors, headteachers and teachers across the country. She knows what it feels like to carry the weight of a staff body, a school community, and a governing board simultaneously. Ros has waited for that Ofsted call and had successful inspections. That is not something you can learn from a coaching textbook and it is what makes Coaching Aloud different. Today, Ros works with senior leaders in education and beyond; people navigating complexity, pressure, and growth in high-stakes roles as well as individuals at every stage of their leadership journey.
