Who we are
Intelligence Aloud was founded by Ros Farrell and developed in partnership with an experienced AI and data specialist. Ros brings 20 years of education leadership as teacher, SENCO, trainer, DSL, headteacher, MAT CEO and advisor. She is a qualified executive coach who has worked with over 150 senior leaders across the UK and internationally. She has sat in the headteacher's chair, led a trust, and understands the pressure, isolation and relentless accountability that comes with leading a school. That experience is not a backdrop to this work — it is the foundation of it. She has spent her career inside the profession she now supports. Our AI expert brings ten years of experience as a data analyst working with AI in professional research and analysis environments, with deep expertise in AI tool evaluation, data governance, and practical application. Together, we offer something the market currently lacks: senior education sector credibility, executive coaching expertise, and genuine AI fluency — in one place.
